2) Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes of course! If you do not achieve profit from your purchased tips, the next 3 tips will be sent absolutely free of charge. Free tips are automatically send on the following 3 match days, right after the match day that drawn/lost.

3) Can I request for refunds?
After payment has been confirmed, we are not able to provide any refunds in any circumstances. Doing so will enable us to focus on delivering the best possible tips to our members.

4) Can I request for a free trial tips?
We regret that we are unable to provide any free trial tips at this moment. Should you find that our results are not satisfactory, we suggest you keep monitoring our results until you are convinced.

5) Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?
We strongly encourage online payments by credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Moneybookers. However, to accommodate more members, we are open to accepting other form of payments. Please contact us for more information.

6) Which odds are your tips based on?

7) After making payment, what should I do?
For 1st time buyers, please contact us and provide your mobile number with country code. For repeat buyers, please wait for our confirmation email within 3-6 hours. Alternatively, you may contact us for any urgent matters.

8) How do I receive tips on match days? And what time?
To prove that we are genuine UK service provider, we send all tips only by SMS text direct from UK. If you like to receive a copy of the tips by email, please contact us. All tips are normally send out by 12:00pm (local UK time GMT) or 8:00pm (Hong Kong time GMT+8) during match days.

9) Is your tips 100% surewin?
